The most common perception is that to be in the credit repair business one has to open an office and incur the overhead that goes along with it. Some individuals may want to do that but it isn’t necessary. My wife Shirley and I have developed a work from home credit repair business and we can show you how to do the same thing.
All that is required to run a successful credit repair business from home is a comfortable and private work space, a computer, a printer, and a cell phone. And, you have the advantage of being able to write off a percentage of your rent or mortgage on your taxes. Plus there are no commuting expenses and you save the time it takes to drive back and forth to an office.
Over 90% of our sales are conducted over the phone. You’ll find that most clients prefer not to have to take the time to meet with you in person. In those rare instances where a prospective client does want to meet with you invite them to your home office or meet with them at a Starbucks. Or, you can rent office space by the hour. However, typically even that’s not required.
You must have the discipline to be able to work from a home office, however. You have to let family members know that when you’re working you are not to be interrupted. They and you must treat your work time as if you had left the house to go to an office. For those that have the discipline and are free of interruptions they will find that they can get much more accomplished working from home than they ever have before. The commute is measured in feet instead of miles.
A work from home credit repair business on a part time or full time basis is great for stay at home parents, retired individuals, or professionals that want to avoid the corporate experience. Personally, we love working from home and taking breaks when we want. We often get up early and accomplish more by Noon than most people do all day. Then, if we choose, we take the afternoon off.
